We are privately funded so can move quickly and take a common-sense approach to lending. We don't work to a specific valuation panel and we allow valuations to be re-typed.

We understand that every project is unique, which is why we allocate a single underwriter to each case and allow them to speak directly with borrowers, helping to maximise continuity and efficiency throughout the application process.

We drawdown upon receipt of invoice instead of in arrears, putting less strain on cashflow. We regularly conduct the Loan Monitoring 'in-house' to prevent unnecessary extra costs for borrowers.
